2. Products & Orders

  • All items are printed on demand and made specifically for each order.
  • Product images on our site are for illustration purposes only; colours may vary slightly due to screen differences.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices may change without notice.
  • Processing and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept major payment methods through our secure checkout (Shopify/Stripe/PayPal).
Orders are not considered accepted until payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping

  • Standard delivery times are 2–8 business days within Australia.
  • Once shipped, delivery times are outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • Orders placed with incorrect addresses may not be able to be changed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Because all Sancti items are custom-printed per order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect selection.
  • If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.

7. Custom Designs

We may accept custom design requests.
We cannot guarantee approval or completion of any custom artwork request.

Custom items follow the same no-return policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and images appearing on this site are the exclusive property of Sancti.

No content may be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Sancti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to replacing faulty goods or providing a refund where required by law.
