What is Sancti?
Sancti is a Catholic apparel brand creating meaningful, faith-filled clothing for families. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to inspire, uplift, and reflect the beauty of our Catholic faith.
🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION
How long will shipping take?
Standard Shipping is 2–8 business days within Australia.
How long does production take?
Because every item is custom printed, production typically takes 1–3 business days before shipping.
When will I receive tracking?
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Delays can occur with the carrier, especially during busy seasons.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 8 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every product is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or wrong selections.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll organise a replacement.
What if my parcel says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Check with household members or neighbours first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
👕 SIZING & FIT
What sizes do you offer?
We offer kids, youth, and adult sizing across our range. A detailed size chart is available on each product page.
Are your items true to size?
Most garments fit true to size. For the best fit, we recommend comparing measurements on the size chart.
Do you provide care instructions?
Yes! To keep your apparel looking its best:
- Cold wash inside out
- Do not bleach
- Line dry only
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Avoid dry cleaning
🎨 CUSTOM DESIGNS & ARTWORK
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We can try.
If you have a saint, prayer, or idea you’d love to see on clothing, reach out and let us know. We’ll do our best to create it for you.
Do you use AI in your designs?
Some of our artwork is created using a blend of digital tools, including AI-assisted design, to bring saint-inspired imagery to life in a fresh and modern way.
Will colours look exactly the same as the photos?
Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes, but we work hard to ensure a close and vibrant match.
💳 PAYMENT & ORDER INFORMATION
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly, we can only make changes or cancel an order within the first few hours of purchase.
After production starts, changes are not possible.
Do packages include receipts?
No — receipts and order confirmations are emailed only.
This makes our parcels perfect for gifts.
🎁 GIFTS & SPECIAL ORDERS
Can I send my order directly as a gift?
Yes! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
Since we don’t include printed invoices, your gift stays a surprise.
Do you restock designs?
Some items are seasonal or limited edition. Follow us on Instagram for updates and new releases.

Because we print every item to order, we also reduce waste and avoid overproduction.
